Nick Johnson Hunts offer world class caliber Wisconsin goose hunting in western Wisconsin, just an hour away from the Twin Cities metro area. These hunts are out of 100% fields that are all private and pre-scouted before you’re hunt. Plus, getting away from the Minnesota side fields, the pressure reduces and birds typically work well. Although these hunts are primarily for Canada’s, you’ll have a chance at some Mallards later in the season as they work in the area. Hunting with Nick Johnson is a treat! Lodging is not provided but we have options that we’ll offer that has all the comfort you’ll need while also staying close enough to the fields you’ll hunt. All of our Wisconsin goose hunts are fields hunts and are easily accessible and typically allow a drive to the blinds or a short, easy walk. The goal in all these hunts is to finish birds close. All of our Wisconsin Canada goose hunts are over Dave Smith Decoys and championship calling so we fully expect to finish birds CLOSE!! These pigeon hunts are a great way to get some practice in the offseason on some birds. This is a high volume, great decoying ultra sporting wing-shooting hunt! This hunt is only morning hunts but you’ll have enough action in the few hours to make the hunt fully worth it. These hunts take place in the offseason summer months up into August. Simply show up with your gun and plenty of ammo and sit back and relax!
