Kansas Spring Snow Goose Hunts

At Big Kansas Outdoors we have been guiding hunts for 15 years in central Kansas including spring snow goose hunts. With many great landowner relationships, we have acquired access to over 50,000 acres. Having 8 full-time guides and only running a couple groups in camp at a time we prioritize quality hunts. Always having scouts on the road ensures you a great Kansas Spring Snow goose experience!

A Typical Day

Kansas snow goose hunters will arrive at the lodge after 4 p.m. the night before your Kansas spring snow goose hunt. For dinner you will be greeted by Liz and Connie with their famous brick oven pizza. After the guides are in from scouting, everyone signs waivers, and we’ll talk about the game plan for the next day! Snow geese are the most challenging of all waterfowl to hunt, to maximize our opportunity we will hunt either morning or evening 1 of the 2 depending on weather. Sunshine and wind are the best ingredients, if it calls for it in the afternoon, we will wait them out in the morning to maximize the opportunity! Lunch will be served at the lodge with several offerings from chili to burgers and sloppy joes. After the day is over dinner will be ready at the lodge if you hunt the evening or whenever you’re ready!
