Illinois & Arkansas Spring Snow Goose Hunts
At GETM Waterfowl we are about one thing and that’s Snow geese! That’s why we’ve spent years studying migration paths and perfecting our craft for our Illinois spring snow goose hunts. We set our spreads in only the best flight routes to ensure hunters will see major bird traffic! You will be hunting over our top-notch decoy spread of about 3-5 thousand Snow goose decoys. This along with our speaker and motion systems simulate a massive flock of snows feeding during the February migration. This combination is irresistible to Snow geese looking to stop for rest during the winter/spring migration! Our seasoned Illinois spring Snow goose hunting guides are professional and experienced when it comes to making your hunt safe and successful.
A Typical Day
GETM Waterfowl hunters will arrive at approximately 5am at our mobile office. From there you will meet your Illinois spring snow goose hunting guides and sign in. We will have complimentary coffee and drinks available as well as apparel for sale. From there our Illinois Snow goose hunting guides will escort you to the hunting location. A short UTV ride to the blind and your guide will fire up the heaters so everyone is staying comfortable during the hunt! Depending on your weather conditions your morning hunt could vary from unbelievable action defending the blind from decoying birds or a slow and steady bird harvest! Typically, hunters will break for lunch around noon and head back to the blinds around 2pm to catch the evening flight! At the end of the day your guide will take pictures and help get your gear and birds out of the field.

GETM Waterfowl also offers Spring Snow goose hunts in Northeast Arkansas. Agricultural fields near the Cache River offer hunters an opportunity at huge numbers of feeding and migrating snows! The number of wintering geese in the area is simply a must-see for serious waterfowlers. We offer our same great spring snow goose hunts over large spreads of Snow goose decoys and heated blinds. In addition, we also offer feed hunts with a full crew of guides scouting and putting hunters right where the geese want to be! This can be an extremely effective method of harvesting big numbers!
Lodging
Due to the fact that we offer daily spring hunting packages, our hunters will be given a list of local, comfortable and clean lodging options at the time of booking.
Meals
We offer cooktops in all of our hunting blinds for hunters to bring their own food or break for lunch at one of many good restaurants nearby!
