In testing the Quick-Shot we were impressed with how useful this product was while hunting. The ability to rest your gun on the Quick-Shot taking the weight off of your arms became extremely beneficial during long hunting drives. No matter if you are a left handed or a right handed hunter, the Quick-Shot is designed for either shooting preference. In addition the ability to move the resting position into a comfortable location for you, gives you the ability to be as comfortable as possible. With these attributes of the Quick Shot’s functionality we had to give them a 5 / 5!

The durability of the Quick-Shot was very impressive through the testing that we conducted. The tough leather and synthetic all-weather material that the Quick-Shot is made from, are designed to last for hunting seasons year after year. Utilizing the belt with shotgun shell holders for both 20 and 12 gauge shells allows for fast reloading during those fast reloading moments in the field. The synthetic Quick-Shot also gives you the option of use in wet conditions. Waterfowl hunters that hunting flooded timber or wade water while hunting will benefit greatly from having a comfortable and dry place to set your gun while still being ready to shoot. The Quick-Shot scored a 5 / 5 for durability!

The durability of the Quick-Shot was great through all of the testing that we performed. We saw first hand that if you’re going to be hunting upland birds, waterfowl, or shooting trap this ingenious piece of hunting equipment will be a great benefit to have in the field. Taking the weight off of your arms adds comfort during the hunt but also the lasting effects after the hunt from being in the field as well. In addition to added comfort the Quick-Shot also adds an element of safety to the hunt. By having to place the butt of the gun in the Quick-Shot the barrel is always pointed straight-up in the air. Therefore the Quick-Shot scored another 5 / 5!

Peregrine Field Gear offers four different designs of the Quick-Shot. The leather designs come in both tan and brown styles and are both made from 100% US Cow Leather! The synthetic designs come in both a black and Mossy Oak Duck Blind Camouflage patterns and are waterproof and abrasion resistant. The belts are available in the same material and patterns as well, along with your choice of elastic shotgun shell holders or the economy belt without the shell carrying option. This great variety of Quick-Shot designs to choose from gave them a score of 5 / 5!

The entire selection of Quick-Shot products is top of the line! As every hunter knows having great products and equipment with you in the field will contribute to more success. Especially on those tough days when you either have to walk miles on end to get a pheasant or stand in waist deep water to have a duck finally come into your decoys. The Quick-Shot is the perfect product to have with you and will save your arms from having to hold the gun for these long periods. There is a variety of different price points depending on which Quick-Shot you prefer, ranging from $39.99 – $139.99. The high end cost is getting close to a substantial investment for hunting equipment. However, all Quick-Shots do come with a lifetime warranty on the snaps and stitching!

The second attribute that we observed was that we immediately felt the difference in holding the gun resting on the Quick-Shot with one hand verse holding the gun with two hands throughout the hunt. This provided added comfort, a free hand when needed, and delivers less strain on your arms and back throughout the hunt.

The third attribute that impressed us was the Quick-Shots true to performance name. The resting position that your gun sits on during the hunt, gives you an ideal starting position to bring your gun to your shooting position. The resting location is also a consistent place to start the motion of putting the gun into your shooting position which in turn will lead to more accurate shooting performance.

Overall we have complete confidence that you will see as much of a benefit in the field by using the Quick-Shot by Peregrine Field gear as we did. We would highly recommend the Quick-Shot for any serious upland bird or waterfowl hunter!
